Pasta Hype

Pasta in the Hut

Pasta, a once Italian traditional food is made of unleavened dough in various forms. It may be a simple dish but it is also a versatile item for its taste, body and sauce variance. And pasta is a full meal itself.

What I love about pasta is that it comes in various forms, sizes and color. And what I love about it is the fact that one shop in Davao City offers their unlimited Pasta Night on scheduled basis and does not only leave you the feeling of euphoria but also the sense of nostalgia.

Coffee Hut once again brought my senses to a whole new hype, a level that embodies not only happiness but also satisfaction.

So, there I was, ended my June fever with a twist of spaghetti and linguine..
It was not only an awesome experience (my first Unlimited Pasta ever!), it was also one of my favorites since, I don't know.. Singapore? :)

And here's my awesome treat for you. And oh, by the way, coffee hut is a coffee shop but with a twist of swirls and pearls. :) The awesome food is awesome.

This is awesome. Malunggay Pesto was something I never expected.
A twist of healthy and full body. And what I really like about this is the fact that
its really healthy (it has mushrooms and tuna on it). Overloaded with goodness and pleasure.

Linguine is in. With the twist of your old style home made spaghetti and
a different pasta beat makes your tummy flutter with happiness.
The feeling of nostalgia brings back memories of the pasta,
the "my-lola-baked-my-goodies" feel is here. Sweet style Pinoy pasta you will
totally enjoy.

SEAFOOD MADNESS! Let the spinach linguine be your pasta favor.
The mouthful of goodness never cease to embrace my palate.
A touch of seafood with the squid crunch will surely make your heart flutter.
And the creamy marinara sauce will entice your taste buds.

This instantly became my favorite pasta of all the entries.
First because I love anything spicy (but not too much).
Second because I love the fact that it's a penne.
The "al dente" effect will always be there plus the chewiness of the meat will sure fire the
palate. And of course, there's home made garlic bread on the side
 makes it even more 'perfecto'.
This is the definition of body and taste. oh la la. :)

But of course, a perfect meal should be complemented with awesome people!
Tudles to pasta lovers out there!
(thanks Charles, Deby and Deb's bro)

Who's that little guy? Before the day ended, my friend Queen dropped by for coffee.
And little Matthew was awesome he wanted to wait the tables too.
Bawal ang simangot dito. hahaha. >____<

Pasta is love for me. For all the pasta lovers out there, this is a must try.
Not only does it look good, it tastes even better.

Pinoy Style

Or the best seller Malunggay Pesto

Why not the creamy seafood pasta?

or let the spice be your judge.. Pasta can do wonders.

My compliments to the chef! :)

Yes, you can choose your pasta.. If you're the health buff, spinach is for you.
Go for the linguine too, it complements any sauce of your choice.

Yes, it's a buffet. It's true and is one of the best.

I chose the usual cola to sustain all the pasta.
Since they don't have the wine (its a coffee shop, remember?) hahaha..
But there's nothing wrong with the good 'ol coffee after a satisfying meal. <3

Lovin' Pinoy. Since I love malagkit, here's one for you.
End your meal with some Suman Malagkit with ripe mangoes on the side.

So, if you haven't tried their delicioux and intricate coffee and meals, you may miss half of your life.
It is not only a dining experience, but also a great place to just come, relax and clear your head.
The ambiance is superb, the food is great and the crew? Well, they're super accommodating.

By the way, Coffee Hut is located in Araullo St.
In case you really don't know, its not so far when you happen to be in downtown area.
If you know Conchings, you are on the right track baby. :)
So, if you come by, say hi to the staff and make a choice.. I know it would be hard coz their food
is just superb but you just have to try.

I enjoyed my last day of June this year. What have you done on your last day of June?
